札幌観光の途中、ランチで訪れた世界の料理とお酒 ハヤシ商店さん。
札幌大学から歩いてスグ、
札幌駅からも近い立地。
週末でもランチが提供されていて、
メニューは2種類、
ひとつはデフォルトでハヤシ、
もうひとつは月替わりで、訪問の月はバミーナム、タイ料理でした。
（ちなみにその前の月は台湾のジーローファン）
セットでサラダとドリンクが付きますが、
ビールを選ぶこともでき、せっかくなのでサッポロクラシックをいただきました。
これが、まー、キレイな泡がこんもりとして、
見た目だけでヨダレが出そうでした。
さて肝心のバミーナムですが、
澄んだスープに細ちぢれ麺、
あっさりとしたスープと言われますが
ちょっと甘くて香りがタイを思い起こさせます。
野菜もたっぷり、
ムーデーンという焼き豚もたくさんトッピングされ
食べ応えバツグン、お酒のアテにもできるひと皿でした。
せっかく北海道に行ったなら、『北海道らしさ』を求めがちですが、
数日滞在するなら、こういうお店を知っておくとさらに札幌が好きになりそうo^^o
出会えてよかったお店です。
