日曜ランチはいつものカミさんと一緒です、場所はサツエキ周辺で未訪店を探します
どうも行きたい店が探しきれずに、ここでいいだろう的なノリで選択したのは「J.S. BURGERS CAFE 大同生命札幌ビル miredo札幌店」
これで「miredo」の未訪店は１店舗となった
ファサードも店内も、いかにもなアメリカンハンバーガー店らしい見映えは、嫌でもガシっと肉を喰らうぞ！と云うアゲアゲな気分にさせられる
先客多数で唯一空いている窓際の４人掛けテーブルに座る
お冷を運んで貰いMENUを開いてみる・・・しかしこれが非常に悩ましい
自分的にバーガーショップで「チキン」「フィッシュ」「唐揚げ」などのパティはご法度
出来る事なら牛100％で粗めなひき肉を武骨に成形して少し焦げるくらいの強火でサッと炙り、肉汁滴るレア焼きをチーズレタス程度の少なめの具材と一緒にバンズで挟みシンプルに塩コショーでガシっと喰らうのが良い
オーダーは「チェダーチーズバーガー＠1,250」アボカド好きなカミさんチョイスは「アボカドエッグバーガー＠1,400」
セットのドリンクは烏龍茶とジンジャエール
１１分で全ての商品がテーブルに並べられた
パティだけで２センチ弱の厚みでバーガー自体は、いくら大きな口を開けても入れる事は不可能に思えるほどの高さがある
カトラリーにはフォーク、ナイフ、箸、ナプキン、使い捨ておしぼりなどが揃えられるが運ばれたバーガーは、籠にナプキンを敷きポテト添えで盛り付けられナイフとフォークを使用するのは難しい
ナイフとフォークを使う場合は皿を借りる事が出来るのだろうか・・・自分はペーパーを手にかぶりつく派なので支障はないが

パティの塩味は程良く旨味はしっかりと包み込んだようなパティだが、牛肉は割と細かく挽かれ滑らか柔らかで好みのワイルドなパティとは少々異なる
バンズが柔すぎず硬すぎず厚さも程よく、パティとバランスが取れているのは全粒粉の成せる技だろうか
具材のチーズ大盛りでサービス満点な商品をたまに見かけるが、旨味しっかりのチェダーは適量で他の具材と非常にバランス良い風味が保たれている
好み云々は別として量にも味にも満足出来るバーガーでした
また機会が有れば是非・・・
