札幌駅前エリア、大丸札幌店さんの８階レストラン街に出来たお店。
テレビの放送を見て気になっていたので、嫁と２人でランチでお邪魔してみました。
お店の奥の方はオープンキッチンとなっていて、高級感が漂うシックな雰囲気の店内。
同じフロアの他のお店は混み合っていましたが、こちらは高級店のためか、待つことなくすぐに案内されました。
メニューを見ると志方牛のステーキがオススメと思われますが、今回はテレビ取材時に食べていた「MMG爆弾ボロネーゼ（2,420円）」を注文しました。
このボロネーゼには、サラダとパンがついています。
15分程で出来上がり。
料理の最後の仕上げ（ハンバーグを崩したり、チーズをかけたり）はテーブルに運ばれてきてから行います。
パスタは太めで硬めの食感なので、二郎系のラーメンのようにワシワシ食べる感じです。
お肉は挽肉ではないので、肉肉しい食感を楽しめて美味しかったですが、あまりボロネーゼという感じはしませんでした。
料金はお肉のクオリティ相当といった感じで、ホールのスタッフさんが少ないところが難点のようにも感じましたが、落ち着いて美味しいお肉料理を食べたい時にはよいと思います。
機会があれば志方牛のステーキを食べてみたいです。
