札幌市中央区南3条西6丁目6‐1「もりにビル」5階に、2023年12月3日にオープンした「ugo Neck of the Woods」さん。
1階からエレベーターに乗りますが、エレベーターは4階まで、5階へは階段です。階段を昇ると扉が見えます、でも「ここ本当にお店なの？」と心配になります・・。
扉を開けて、通路を進むと、広い空間が。古いビルだけど、中はステキな雰囲気ですね。
訪問した時は、オシャレな雰囲気のお兄さん2オペ。
メニューはQRコードを読み取って。オーダーは口頭のようです。
cafeとしてもbarとしても使えるけど、お酒の種類は多いですね。特にGINの種類が多い。オススメをお兄さんに聞いてみると、「NAKATSU GINは種類が揃っていますよ。」とのことでボトルを並べてくれました。
「NAKATSU GIN（ブラッドオレンジ＆ティーリーフ）」（800円）、
「エッグサンド」（650円）を注文します。
NAKATSU GIN（ブラッドオレンジ&ティーリーフ）・・ジントニックでお願いしました。岐阜・中津川蒸留所で蒸留されたジン、小さな蒸留所とのことで置いてる店は少ないようです。ブラッドオレンジの爽やかさに茶葉の香ばしさ、ほのかな苦味が堪らないですね。
エッグサンド・・パンはライ麦パンかな？具材は卵と道産じゃがいものマッシュポテト、具材がたっぷりなのがいいですね。美味しいサンドイッチだと思います。
訪問した時は、ちょうどビリージョエルのインストルメンタルが流れていました。都会的なメロディはこのお店の雰囲気にピッタリ！！
