札幌プリンスホテルから西に少し行ったところにあるこちら！
入り口はビルやマンションが多いエリアに突如現れる、緑豊かな日本庭園が目印。
普段は結構待ちがあるそうですが、木曜14時頃入店で店内は混雑していたものの待ちなく入れました。
通常は蕎麦の実の芯部(更科粉)をベースに三種類の粉をブランドしたものらしいですが、+50円で道産の石臼挽き全粒粉の並粉にも変更可能との事。
今回は初来店なので、通常のせいろを注文。
待つ事10分ほどで到着！
蕎麦はツヤの良い白く透き通る綺麗な細切りの蕎麦！
繊細で上品な味で香り高く美味しい
カエシは出汁強めの甘すぎない味で好みの味で上品なお蕎麦に合ってとても美味しかった。
結構大盛りは量があって満足度が非常に高かったです。
