1950年にすすきの(札幌市中央区南7条西3丁目)にて創業 |
スープも味が薄く麺も少し硬め。
そういうものなのか、ひき肉が玉になっていてパラパラしていないし、味もしない。
あと、タイミング見ての座らせ方が下手過ぎ。
1人食べるのが遅い客の影響で行列がすごい事になってきて焦ったのか、連れと来ているのに一度パラパラに座らされて後で移動と言われる。でも、その席でラーメン出してくるし。それぞれ異なる種類頼んでるからシェアしたかったので、クレーム言うとやっと移動できた。少し待てば前の人退店するのにあちこち一度座らせる意味あるかな？
1人の影響でラーメン作るのかなり時間が空いたみたいで、職人さんが今か今かと席が空くのを待ちながら工程を小刻みに準備してた。良いタイミングで作れなかったから今回のみあんまり出来が良くなかったのかも。
