札幌市中央区北一条西・観光スポット〈札幌時計台〉のそばにある「北海道味噌ラーメン」の専門店。
《味の時計台》は、昭和49年創業。
北海道を中心に、全国・海外に約30店舗を展開する“北海道味噌ラーメン”を代表するお店です。
博多在住のワタクシ、北海道を訪れる度に訪れているお店。
30数年前、インターハイ出場時に初訪問。
20年ほど前に職場の慰安旅行で再訪。
10年ほど前にカゾク旅行で再再訪。
そして今回シゴトの出張で4回目の訪問になります♪
つい、蟹などが入った豪華バージョンを頼みたくなりますが、今回は『バターコーンラーメン￥960』をチョイス。
シンプルにバターとコーンの旨甘みそラーメンを堪能しました。
豚骨や野菜がベースの出汁だから博多人のワタクシの口にも違和感がなく、のど越しの良い縮れ麺も手放しで美味しい！
博多にも「北海道味噌ラーメン」のお店はありますが、地元ならではでしょう、ワンランク上の味わいに感じます♪
ホントに美味しい。
北海道に来たら確実にまた伺います。
