先日行った「KING」さんで、スープも
やるね！と思わせてくれた。
なので40年以上営む大人気老舗店を
訪問してみた。
香りが凄い！電車通りから既に香っている！
強烈に腹を鳴らすスパイスフレグランス。
待望のカレー登場！！ スープを一口・・・
「えっ、シンプル！」これ本当にシンプルで、
スパイスを楽しむという事なのでしょう。
言い過ぎかもしれないが最近の人気店の
コクや旨味からするとかなり掛離れた味で
清涼感が強く、余計な物は排除されている。
なるほど癖になるデドックスカレーなのかな。
小職の舌もまだまだです。
