やはりもう少しお蕎麦が食べたくなり久々のハシゴ蕎麦敢行です。
二軒目は、蕎麦屋弊舞さんにお邪魔しました。
前情報がないので、蕎麦も楽しみつつ、つゆでも楽しめるカレーつけめんを注文です。
ここも渋めのお店です。
店内はところ狭しと4人掛けテーブルが5席と2人掛けテーブルが1席のお店です。
注文から10分ほどで着膳です！
お蕎麦はコシが弱めで少し水っぽいですね。
カレーつゆは脇の俵飯が語るようにもはや、つけカレーではなくカレールーの域です。
辛味があってお蕎麦よりも白飯が欲しくなります。
でも、食べていくうちに感じるのは、お蕎麦を全部カレーつゆにつけてしまうと少しカレーがしょっぱいですね… かなり喉が乾き水が欲しくなります。
少しだけつけて頂く位がちょうど良いのかも。
にしても喉が渇く…
