Casual dining in the Sapporo Royton Hotel. I've been to the Royton Hotel's now-defunct gym (sauna) and Restaurants in the basement (currently under renovation?) dozens of times, but this was my first time having breakfast. It seems that the management has been replaced by a foreign company and they are exploring various options. This time, I joined the travelers who were staying at the hotel for breakfast. I was not staying at the hotel, so I ordered the Morning Biyuffe (3,025 yen). Local dishes include "Nokke-don" (rice topping rice bowl), "Soup Curry" and "Salmon Chanchan-yaki". The live kitchen offers "Eggs Benedict" and "2 types of Hamburger". Overall, the food was nothing special, but for a hotel breakfast, there was a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, so it passed the mark. It was a satisfying breakfast, with a high ceiling and an open space, and we chatted and enjoyed dessert at our leisure. What does the future hold for this hotel?
