この日の飲みのコンセプトはアジアン。
いつものオヤジ飲みといえば、居酒屋、焼き鳥、鮨と「和」に偏っていたので方向転換。
この日は土曜日の16:00。
休日飲みはスタートが早くていい。
店内はとても雰囲気がいい。
ただ時間が早いせいか少し肌寒い。
そして店主の温度もかなりクールでこれまた寒い。
まずはビール！
なんでも19時まではハッピーアワーだそうで安かった。
う〜ん、30%OFFだったような・・忘れてしまった。
さて注文は、
◼︎ガドガド（温野菜ピーナッツサラダ）
◼︎ルンビア（揚げ春巻き）
◼︎マルタバ（ラム挽肉包み焼き）
ガドガドは素材をグリグリと混ぜて頂く。
これがスパイシーでいい。
続いてルンビアはあまりエスニック感は無く中華の春巻きな感じだ。
そしてこの日感動したのがマルタバ。
これはクセになる美味さだ。
ここの料理はどれも美味い。
ただワンオペのため出てくるのが遅い。
ボクらが行った時間は１組の客もいなくてこの提供だとピーク時に来るとどうなってしまうのか。
それとも助っ人がくるのだろうか・・・。
2組ほどの客が現れたので帰ることに。
次回またマルタバ狙いで来てみよう。
