とある休日、もう日々どこもかしこもむむむ…な頃、ランチ戴きふと時間帯としていつもタイミング合わないインドネシアのお料理を提供してくれるお店にお邪魔させて頂きました。
店内は奥に少々深く、バー的な空間でカウンターとテーブル席で構成されます。
BGMはFMラジオが流れています。
この日メニューより、おおっ、何やら普段あまり出会わないお料理にテンション上がるもハシゴ中なので少なめのレヒュアー皆さん選択して好評らしい“マルタバ4個(690円)”と揚げバナナに惹かれつつも我慢してドリンクものより“ココパイン(600円)”をお願いしてみます。
先発隊のドリンク到着、ひと口啜れば・・・オッホー♪トロピカルぅ～っ！。しっかりとしたココナッツミルクとパイナップルの甘酸っぱい爽やかさがマッチしていて何でか分かりませんが一瞬沖縄を思い出し涙出そうになります(･_･、)。
続いて本体到着し一口・・・おおっ、これは個性的で美味しい♪。ひと口かじれば春巻きより更にパリッとカリッとした皮の中に口を近付けた瞬間に香る羊フレーバー♪、この挽き肉と野菜を混ぜ合わせた餡が甘酸っぱいタレとマッチしていてビールが進むことうけあいでしょう♪。
ふと、今回こちらのポテンシャルが分かったので次回はしっかりランチ戴きましょう。
