The cafe in Sapporo was amazing, so I came here on the usual subway ️ today with high expectations. This is another cafe I've always admired in Sapporo ☕ The coffee, which is roasted in-house, has a reputation for being delicious. I went for the famous "coffee jelly parfait" (actually, I also ate the hard pudding ＼(^^)／) The landmark is a small bird with a branch of a coffee tree in its mouth.It's a very stylish ✨ cafe that you can easily recognize. Appearance When you enter the store, you will notice that although there are large glass windows on the entire surface, it is a bit dark and has a calm and adult atmosphere.It seems like the store is run by the master as a one-off operation.I took a seat at the glass window counter and immediately decided on Cafe Chocolat. I ordered a set of ``'' and ``Coffee Jelly Parfait'' Even though the store had just opened, customers were coming in one after another.Most of the customers were ordering without looking at the menu.They were all regular customers. ❗ Madame, who was sitting at a table for two in the back, told the master that it had been several years since she had visited, but she was impressed by this place, where nothing had changed except the menu. First, Cafe Chocolat, which is roasted in-house. The sweet chocolate melts into the deep flavor that only a cafe can offer, making you feel warm and relaxed.How on earth do they make a coffee jelly parfait? It's so beautiful that you'd think so. There's a little marshmallow on top of the ice cream sprinkled with cacao powder. Below the marshmallow, there's berry sauce. When you combine these ingredients, it's...excellent!! ️Bravo Underneath the ice cream is coffee jelly.The melted ice cream becomes a fresh substitute, and it goes well with the moderately sweet coffee jelly.It was a perfect parfait that was carefully calculated not only for its appearance✨As expected of a specialty. Before I knew it, an hour and a half had passed. Seriously, this cafe is also amazing ☕ It was a cafe that I want to go to every day, and I feel that it is the reason why Koyu Cafe has become so famous. Today, I was able to spend a happy time at the best cafe in Sapporo, filling both my stomach and my heart. Thank you very much. Next time, I'd like to try the hard pudding. I'll come again.
