飛行機が悪天候のせいで2時間遅れ、札幌に入ったのが23時半を回ったところで、夕食を食べよう久楽 本店に吸い込まれた。
海外の方や、飲みの〆の団体や様々の人で沢山。
合わせ味噌らーめんに、ネギ、煮卵をトッピング。
久々に食べる多加水のちぢれ麺。
味噌の裏にはしっかりと動物出汁を感じる濃厚な味。
安定の味は良いね。
ただ、沢山の人をオペレートするのは大変だよね。注文のミスや店員さんの愛想が少し雰囲気やサービスを落としちゃったかな。
味は良いので機会があればまた来ます。
