紋別の流氷ツアーを終え、こちらに伺いました。
注文したのは「合わせ味噌のバターコーンラーメン」。
疲れたし、お腹も空いていたので、美味しいラーメンをと思いこちらに伺ったのですが。
自分の舌に自信があるわけではありませんし、辛口のコメントもしない方ですが、これはいくらなんでも、と言うくらい塩辛い味。
店員さんにクレームではないのですがと断った上で塩辛い旨を伝えました。すると丁寧にスープをお持ちするので薄めてと言われ、なみなみとスープを注ぎ薄めたのですが、それでも塩辛い。
さすがにこれ以上は食べられないと思い、残してしまいました。
ただ、これがこちらのお店の味なのかと思い、比較のため追加で「白味噌ラーメン」を頼みました。
やはり、こちらはマイルド。
作る過程で何か間違えてしまったのですかね。
残念な思い出となってしまいました。
