本日もかっとばしてまいりましょう。コメントジャンジャンどうぞ、励みになります。
北海道札幌市、すすきの駅からほど近い、北海道らーめん奥原流久楽本店さんに御邪魔しました。
大通駅からも近く、札幌駅からも歩けない距離ではありません。
門構えもしっかりしていて、２つの戸をくぐるような雰囲気で入店しました。
キャパは100人は大げさでしょうが、かなり大きな箱でした。
久楽本店さん、資本の大きさを感じます。

白味噌ラーメン・・920円
合わせ味噌ラーメン・・920円
赤味噌ラーメン・・920円
辛みそラーメン・・920円
看板料理は白味噌のようなので、皆さん白味噌をコールします。
会計はレジで後払いです。
6分ほどで着麺。おーーかなりボリュームがありますね。
定番の黄色のちぢれた玉子麺。
具は、もやし、太めのメンマ、ロースチャーシュー1枚と海苔。
上にシーズニングの赤が付いてました。
ぷーすーはコクがありますが甘みがありますね。一番甘みがあるかもしれません。
白味噌ですが旨味もございました。
デフォルトで920円、量も通常の店よりも麺は多い気がしました。
器も大きいですね。
今週札幌におりますが、チャーに関してはどこも同じなんでしょうかね。
塩気の強いロースチャーの薄切りです。それが味噌にあうと言えばそれまでですが、
どこもほぼ同じテイストのチャーでした。
サービス接客も気持ちよく、神エプロン、いや、紙エプロンは嬉しいですね。
