本格的アメリカ南部料理です！
南部はもともと貴族的な風土なので、北部の貧しい(？)料理とは全く違います！
ガンボ: だしはエビですが頭のみその風味がタップリ煮出してあって、コクがあって素晴らしい！クラム？の風味がまたよくあっています。
キャットフィッシュ: つまりアメリカナマズがあるのが大変嬉しいいです！ルイジアナではポピュラーな食材なのですが、僕自身はこれで2度目くらいです。日本ナマズは何度も食べてますよ、もちろん。日本みたいに丁寧に前処理してないから、ほんのわずか泥臭いかもしれませんが、ふつうの白身の感じがします。いいですね〜。
ボリュームも満点！
テックスメックスサラダ: ナッチョスというかトルティーヤチップの質もトウモロコシリッチでなかなかいいです。メキシカンミートのスパイシーな味もなかなかです！
オニオンリング: とてもカリッと軽く揚がっていて美味しいです！
ドリンクもいろいろ楽しめます。今回はトロワリヴィエールというラムを頂きましたが、いい香りでした。
デザートにチョコレートブラウニーをいただきましたが、温めて出てきてこれも優秀です！
