北海道でかなりの店舗を持つまつじん。
お店もとても綺麗で、オシャレな感じです。
お肉は臭みが気にならず野菜もたっぷりで食べやすいジンギスカンです。

そこで私のパートナーに紹介されたこちらの
まつじんさん。
パートナーが小さい頃から北海道に来たら
必ずこちらのジンギスカンを食べるという事で、
寄って見る事に...
最初に人に紹介されて食べにいってから癖になり、４回目の訪問です。
漬けジンギスカンが好きな人ならば、だいたいの人に気に入ってもらえると思います。

札幌出張時はジンギスカンによくいってたんですが、まつじんは行ったことなくて後々知った所です。
このすき焼き風なジンギスカン好きですね。
普通のジンギスカン屋って結構たれの味とか似てるとこ多...
俗に言うジンギスカンでは、やはり最近主流の「生ラム」系が好きです。
でも老舗と言うか、松尾さんも懐かしい定番の味で好きですし、滝川の本店などは
やはり良いお店と思います。

大通り駅からすぐ近くで、外観・内装共におしゃれな店です。
松尾のジンギスカンと言えば言わずと知れた有名メーカーですが、本店は滝川の方にあるようです。
立地もいいせいか、週末の夜は予約していない限り...
