２回目の訪問。
須藤さんのワイン会ＩＮ札幌での１番大人クラスのイベント。
こちらはもともと私は参加予定では無かった会だったのですが１１日の須藤ワイン会に参加した際に１人キャンセルが出たとの事でお誘い頂き１日前まで迷っていましたが、豪華過ぎるワインリストと、今年飲んでみたいお酒。ジャック・セロスが有った事等、なかなか行けないイベントなので思い切って参加してみました。
私が参加した事によって１本空ける予定のワインが増えるらしかったので、皆様のお役に立てた様な気分になれました。笑
■約２年前も他のイベントで行って大きな個室に入り、今回は小さなほうの個室を利用しましたが
とても綺麗で素敵な空間で、天井が高く窓は壁１面になっていて夜景が見え、シャンデリアがとても綺麗でゴージャス。
凄く贅沢な気持ちになれるお部屋でした。
やはり雰囲気がとてもとても良いレストランです。今まで行った札幌のホテルの中のレストランでは（私の知っている所は数少ないですが）１番ゴージャスだと思いました。
■デコレーションプレートからカトラリーと、とても美しく目でも楽しめました。
お料理はどれも美味しく◆季節の野菜で埋まって見えなくなっていたフォアグラは大変美味しい物でした。
◆エスカルゴと茸のポワレはモンターニュ風のお料理との事でした。
◆自家製の北海道産の小麦を使ったパンもとても美味しかったので、普通にパンだけでも買えるのか聞いてみたところ、ここのレストランでしか味わえない物との事でした。残念。
（余談ですがアンブローシアさんで出てきたパンの半分はレストラン専用で作ってもらっているパンだそうですが、こちらの半分出ていたパンは下のブーランジェリーでも買えるとの事。）
まだ普通のフロアには入った事は無いですが記念日などにとってもオススメだと思いました。
またランチなどでもきっと特別な気分になれる場所なのでは無いかと思います。
廊下からも見える■清潔でとても大きいワインセラーも必見。
