宿泊していた「札幌プリンスホテル」最上階28階のフレンチレストランでの夕食です。
夜景がきれいでした。
円筒形のホテルなので、内側でも「丸」を感じられます。
お席は予約済でした。
メルちゃんと乾杯、ワイン風ですが、”ぶとうジュース＜バッファロー＞”です。濃厚なジュースでした。 ”プチジャルダン”をチョイスし、メメちゃんは、チーズノーサンキューというワガママオーダーをしました。
”お食事前の軽い一皿” メルちゃんに提供された本来のメニュー、いきなりチーズがあるらしいです。
なので、メメちゃんは、特別メニュー”生ハムとマンゴー”に変更されました。
”パン” も配給されました。
一つ食べ終わると２種類目の”パン” も貰えました。
メルちゃんの”北海道産チーズのムースに隠れたヤリイカと青りんご”
メメちゃんは、”パテドカンパーニュ柿”に変更されました。
３種類目の”パン” が登場しました。
本日のスープ”牛蒡のポタージュ カプチーノスタイル” クミンのスパイス入り
選べるメイン、メメちゃんは”神内和牛くろのビーフシチュー 小さな庭園仕立て”ニンジンのピューレ付
メルちゃんは”真鱈のラルド巻きとオマール海老 大葉の香り”
更に”パン” のお替りは３種類の中から希望を聞いてもらえました。食後の”コーヒー”
デザート”メープル風味のマスカルポーネ、りんごのクーリーとともに” 、満足できる内容でした。
ホテルの入口付近に「神内和牛フェア開催中」の看板もありました。メメちゃんのチョイスは、フェアメニューでした。
