とある休日、ランチにてサッポロファクトリー3条館1階にあります今回が初訪問のインドカレーのお店です。
駐車場はお買い物すると見合った時間無料になります。
店内は思いの外広くてビックリ、本格的な現地の装飾品と下にスパイス見本あるテーブル席で構成され、ふと豊平区澄川に以前こんなテーブルのお店あったなぁ・・・と思い出したりします。
BGMは定番な現地の音楽が流れています。
この日メニューより、ん？、ぬおっ( ･ᯅ･ )！！。
休日はランチメニューが無くてグランドメニューからですが如何せんセットも1000円台後半多くてビックリ！ならば単品とナンと思いきやナン単品も僕の許容範囲を超えていたので更にビックリ！ようやくセットから一番お安い"コンビカレーセット(1650円)”よりカレーは"ラムカレー”と"サーグチキンカレー”チョイス、辛さは"中辛”選択、何かちょっとムキになり"バターナン変更(+121円)”にてお願いしてみます。
では一口・・・チキンサーグは程良くほうれん草フレーバーにバターとニンニクが参加しており細かいバランスはお客さんの好みで別れる程度かしら、中には大きなゴロゥとチキン3個、表面にガーリックスライス乗り、中辛はそこそこ辛さ残るレベルでした。
ラムは確かにある程度ラムらしい羊風味が軽めに演出されバター風味少なく軽く酸味あり、柔らかめのサクッとしたラム肉が3個、こちらも同じく軽く辛みが残りました。
お次にバターナンは…生地の伸ばし方に特徴があるのか？他店には無いデニッシュっぽい螺旋のような模様が見て取れ、他のお店のよりカリッとサクッとした部分が多めに感じられ到着時ピッカピカのバターは時間経過と共に中に染み込みます。
また片隅にある赤いネバっとしたのは辛いものかと思いきや甘いココナツベースの何かデザート？的なもので辛いノ食べた後なら癒されそうです。
あっ、蛇足ですがお冷が美味しかったです(^^;。
ふと、今回予め平日ランチのお値段を見てしまっているのでテナント営業とは言え全般的な価格帯に戸惑い、郊外のインドカレー屋さんだとさすがにまだ1000円前後でナンのおかわり自由サービスすらあるのでやはりどうしても高く感じてしまいました。
