久しぶりの手羽家
2年振りかな？開店と同時に訪問先客は待ち合わせとおぼしき一人のみ。注文は一番手だ。まずはビール。今日は５人なので手羽先は２人前、ザンギ、イカ刺し、漬け物、ポテト２人前、枝豆２人前を注文。まず最初はイカ刺しと白菜の漬け物月来た。イカ刺しルイベは安定した美味しさ。薬味のおろし生姜がアクセント。白菜の漬け物も相変わらずの美味さ。少し酸っぱい？感じが何とも言えずやめられない。そして手羽先、ザンギ。相変わらず手羽先は熱くて苦労しながら骨を外す。心なし昔より味付けが薄いように感じるなあ。気のせいかな？ザンギも熱い。でもこれがいい。結局足りずに手羽先、イカ刺し、漬け物を追加。久しぶりの手羽家でした。
