ビア＆パスタ塩豆さんのランチに寄りました。
場所は、中央区南1条西13丁目
札幌南一条病院、北向かいの一丁角にあります。
お店付近には、飲食店が連なっていて
天ぷらのたけうちさん、ジンギスカンの八仙さん
ラーメンの桜香さんなどがひしめき合っています。
店内はやや暗めで、まさしくビアレストランという
雰囲気を出しています。
テーブルと椅子が木製なので、和風な一面も感じられます。
ランチは「日替り定食」のみで30食限定です。
ご飯、一品料理、本日のみそ汁、小鉢4種がついて800円です。
飲み物もついているのでお得ですね。
この日は
・薄切り豚肉の炒め物
・みそ汁（ねぎ、なめこ、揚げ）
・小鉢（唐揚げ、玉子焼き、ふき、湯葉巻き）
運ばれてきて、びっくりしたのは
メイン料理の量の多さです。
ご飯も多いですが、皿の半分が豚肉です。
豚肉は、しゃぶしゃぶに使われるような薄さで
しょうが焼きの味付けがされています。
豚肉の下には、ナポリタンが隠れていました。
みそ汁も、3種の具材（ねぎ、なめこ、揚げ）が
たっぷり入っています。
飲み物は、ホットコーヒーが出てきました。
食後にちょうど良い量で、クリアな苦味で後口も良いです。
このお店のランチは、盛り付けが良く満足がいきます。
素材、味付けは、家庭料理に近く
お腹が空いている時には、もってこいのランチです。
欲を言うと、メニューを2～3種類から選べると
嬉しいです。
