夜になると店の灯りが目立ちます
店内はアール・ヌーヴォー調の素敵な空間
漆喰風の壁とミュシャ風の絵やガレ風の照明
先客はひと組
離れた席に座ると存在すら分かりません
ジャズが静かに流れる空間は、それまでとは別の時間が進んでいるかのように、ゆったりとした気分になれます
ガトーショコラとコーヒーのセットを注文し待っていると、カウンターの方からクリームをホイップする音が聞こえてきて、フレッシュな期待が膨らみます
ガトーショコラは少し薄めの色合い
有名店のガトーショコラはチョコレートの量が多くてズッシリと重たいのが多い気がしますが、これは少し軽い感じです
外側のチョコは濃厚で中が軽めなので、食べやすく飽きの来ない味
ホテルのラウンジで提供されそうな上品さがあって、生クリームと一緒に食べると激ウマです
コーヒーはモカ系の酸味が効いた上品な苦味で旨いです
ショコラの甘さとコーヒーの苦味が丁度いいバランス
雰囲気がよくケーキも美味しいのに混み合っていなくて、ゆっくり過ごせる穴場です
次はタルトタタンにしてみようか
