｢宮の森」の本店は訪問済み。
休日13:45に予約なしでふらっと訪問。満席も15分程で案内されました。
地下にある店内はカウンターとテーブル席でカジュアルな小洒落た雰囲気。
オーダーは、人気のお得なランチセット(1280円)の本日のソースが｢ニラとマンゴーソース」との事でやや気分とは違うのでパスし、
◆｢八丁味噌とプルーンのデミグラス(道産牛)(1750円)」
・焼き野菜/サラダ/ごはん(大盛)/ピクルス/道産フライドポテト
・エスプレッソ

意外に早く15分程で来器。
同店の特徴である高さあるハンバーグは、ややしっかり目に焼かれ肉肉しく美味しい！！
・焼き石も提供されるが必要なし
このデミグラスソース、濃厚でコクあり小生好みど真ん中！！！味噌が入ってそりゃご飯と絡みますよね。
同行者のステーキソースも美味しいし、生七味も味変でいい。ともにかなり好みな秀逸なソース。
全体的には、サラダ&ドレッシング、付け合わせポテト、食後のエスプレッソまでいづれも美味しく非常にバランスよく、大満足なランチでした。
ランチもCP的には魅力的ですが、次回もこの2種のソースか、｢山椒の照焼」も食してみたい。WバーグWソースでもいいかな。再訪確定です。
