桜の開花宣言が出た数日後の札幌でしたがとても寒かった日。
美容室終わりで、震えながらランチをどうしようかと歩いていたら、BMしていたこちらを発見！
ハンバーグ。いいじゃな～い。
しかも百名店なんですね～。いいじゃな～い。
地下に降りるお店。
予約なしだったのですが、ひとりだったのでカウンターになんとか案内していただきました。
その後来店したお客さんたちは、ほぼ予約だったようで、本来は予約ないとなかなか入れないのかも？
ラッキーでした。
ランチは２種だったようです。
ハンバーグと、羊肉のカレーだったかな？
この日のハンバーグソースはBBQソースだとか。
ドリンク付きなので、ホットコーヒーでオーダー
ライスではなくパンにすると１２０円？プラスですが、パンにしました。
オープンキッチンなので、お肉を焼いているさまがよく見えます。
同時に目の前では大量の野菜を常に洗っています。
そこそこの混雑だったので少々待っての提供。
ワンプレートに大量の野菜とごろんと大きなフライドポテトに、ハンバーグです。
こちらのお店はお箸で食べるようで、他のカトラリーはありません。
とりあえず、大量すぎる野菜からいきます。
ドレッシングはシンプルなかんじ。
底の方に、きゅうりの大きいのが入ってたのですが、なんか漬物っぽかったのは、ライスのお供用なのでしょうか。
ハンバーグは粗挽きのステーキ寄りなかんじ。
お好みで焼き石で更に焼くこともできるようですが、レアではなかったのでそのままいただきました。
BBQソースとのことですが、そこまでくどくなく、比較的あっさりと食べれます。
パンも想像していたよりもすごいボリュームで、ちょっと残しそうになりました（苦笑）
黒パンと、カンパーニュのようなパン。
どちらも温かい状態で提供されるので食べやすかったです。
食後のコーヒーは和な器で提供されますが、とても苦味が濃くて好みでした。
QRコードオーダーで、会計までできるようですが、クレジットカードを登録するのがめんどくさくて、キャッシュで支払い。
おいしかったんだけど、からだ中肉の油の臭いが染みついてしまって、オープンキッチンってそうなのよねん。等と思いつつ、少し歩いて臭いを拡散させました（爆）
中心部では一番早く咲くらしい「エゾヤマザクラ」を見つつ帰りました。
