一泊二日の札幌旅行二日目の朝食はホテルでのビュッフェ。旅行や出張先での朝食はなるべく地元のローカルなお店を利用したいところですが、ここのホテルは料理が美味しいし、朝食のビュッフェに出るイクラが食べたいとツレが言うので、朝食付のプランを選択しました。
この日の朝食会場は12階の結婚披露宴会場ルセルナホール。7時15分くらいに行くとこんなに宿泊している人がいたんだと驚く程盛況。新郎新婦用の雛壇に設けられたテーブル席に何とか案内してもらえました。
ビュッフェテーブルに並んでいる料理は北海道の食材使ったものが多いし、最近よく行く山梨方面のホテルの無料朝食よりはさすがにちゃんとしています。卵料理はオムレツだけですが、ライブでの提供。
そんな中から食べたものは、
・塩鮭
・卵焼き(恵庭産卵)
・辛子明太子
・北海道産ベーコン(拍子木カット)
・ザンギ(山わさび添え)
・十勝産長芋
・ご飯(蘭越町産ななつぼし)
・石狩鍋風味噌汁(鮭のすり身団子入り)
・クロワッサン
・コーヒー
といったところ。ツレの目当てのイクラはありませんでしたが、総じて美味しく頂きました。
でも自分的には札幌での朝食は「ありんこか」セイコーマートのホットシェフの温かいおにぎりで十分かも。そんな気がします。
