本格中華をリーズナブルに！ 気軽なアットホームな雰囲気のお店です。
5月16日にオープンしたばかりの「チャイニーズコタン華鈴花」 本格的な中華料理をリーズナブルな価格で楽しめるお店。こだわりの調味料を用いた料理は、独特な味わいや香りで五感を刺激します。おすすめは「日替わりランチ」（680円）や、同店自慢の「あんかけ焼きそばランチセット」（780円）など。ディナーにはギョーザやマーボー豆腐などの定番料理も登場！ |
麻婆豆腐ランチを注文。
唐辛子の香りも、花椒の香りも良く、麻婆豆腐なのに爽やかさを感じるほど。また塩気も四川風麻婆豆腐にしては控えめ、ほのかな甘味もあり品が良い。豆板醤もそれなりに使っており、トウチの旨味も感じるのに塩辛くなっていないのはかなり好感。ラー油の香りが良い。ネギも効いており、絹豆腐と良く合う味付けですね。
辣が結構控えめなのも、幅広く支持される所以でしょう。
個人的な好みで言うと、辣をもっとギンギンに効かせ、葉ニンニクを大量投入すれば言うことなしですが、品がありつつも要所を抑えたこちらの完成度は素晴らしいと思います。
かなり旨い麻婆豆腐でしたし、
夜に来て、他のメニューも食べてみたくなりました。
