本格中華をリーズナブルに！ 気軽なアットホームな雰囲気のお店です。
5月16日にオープンしたばかりの「チャイニーズコタン華鈴花」 本格的な中華料理をリーズナブルな価格で楽しめるお店。こだわりの調味料を用いた料理は、独特な味わいや香りで五感を刺激します。おすすめは「日替わりランチ」（680円）や、同店自慢の「あんかけ焼きそばランチセット」（780円）など。ディナーにはギョーザやマーボー豆腐などの定番料理も登場！ |
地下鉄東西線西18丁目駅1番出口を出て道を挟んで向かいにある赤い看板のおしゃれな中華料理店です。
ランチは内容を考えるとリーズナブルだと思います。
店内はやや暗めですが、暖色の照明で落ち着いた雰囲気です。お一人様でしたが、２名掛けのテーブル席を頂けました。
外の看板を見て、あんかけ焼きそばランチと迷いに迷った末、日替わりランチの回鍋肉セットと＋100円で追加できる杏仁豆腐（マンゴーソース）を発注。
メニューを吟味していると隣の席の方に運ばれていくサーラータンメンがとても美味しそうでした。期待大です。
そんな感じで程なくして我がランチがサーブされました。ラインナップは主役の回鍋肉、たまごスープ、オーロラソース的なドレッシングがかかった野菜サラダ、別皿でポテトサラダ、ザーサイ、程よい盛りのご飯です。
それでは実食、頂きます！
まずは野菜サラダから。ドレッシングが美味しいです。たまごスープも程よい塩味です。さて、主役の回鍋肉のキャベツを一口。甘くてシャキシャキしたキャベツがいかにも回鍋肉を食べてる事を実感できます。味噌が効いていてとても美味しく、白米が進みます。そしてネギも丁度良い炒め具合で全体の塩味により、甘さが引き立ちます。お肉は脂身控えめであっさりした感じです。ザーサイもシャキシャキしていて美味しいです。中華料理の漬物はやはりザーサイが出ると気分が上がります。
美味しく頂いた後は杏仁豆腐を頂きます。マンゴーソースが主張していて、やや杏仁感が弱いかなぁと思いましたが、100円で気分が上がりますのでありがたいのです。
医大周辺は美味しい中華屋さんをはじめ、ランチのバラエティと数がいっぱいで羨ましいですね。
