本格中華をリーズナブルに！ 気軽なアットホームな雰囲気のお店です。
5月16日にオープンしたばかりの「チャイニーズコタン華鈴花」 本格的な中華料理をリーズナブルな価格で楽しめるお店。こだわりの調味料を用いた料理は、独特な味わいや香りで五感を刺激します。おすすめは「日替わりランチ」（680円）や、同店自慢の「あんかけ焼きそばランチセット」（780円）など。ディナーにはギョーザやマーボー豆腐などの定番料理も登場！ |
とても近くなのに初めて伺いました。
週末は５種類からメインが選べて、デザート(杏仁豆腐かアイス)とドリンク(黒烏龍やジャスミン他ソフトドリンクなど)がついてます。
メインの他に鳥の唐揚げ２個、ザーサイ、サラダ、卵のスープ。
メインに黒酢豚を注文です。
表のボードにも黒酢豚黒酢豚とあるので、自慢のメニューなのだと理解。
まずは兎に角、柔らかい。
丁寧に調理されてるからか、豚バラの脂部分も気にならずいただけました。
メインの肉✕サブの肉でちょっとヘビーな感じがしましたが、すんなりとオナカに入っていきましたよ。
そして！白米、粒がしっかり立っておりツヤツヤで美味でした。
