衝撃のカチョ・エ・ペペ
大好きなお店です。
他のお店も開拓したいのでしょっちゅうは行かないですが「美味しいパスタが食べたい」と思った時に真っ先に思いつくお店。
この日も美味しいパスタが食べたくてこちらへ。
今日のパスタの中に「カチョ・エ・ペペ」という名前のものが。
恥ずかしながらこれまで生きてきてカチョ・エ・ペペを知らなかった私。
思わずググって調べましたｗ
パスタ好きと言いながら知らなかった事が若干恥ずかしい…。
カチョ・エ・ペペは至ってシンプルなパスタ。
イタリア語でカチョはチーズ。
ペペは胡椒。
ということで、すりおろしたチーズと胡椒のパスタ。
シンプル。
でも、そのシンプルさ故絶妙な加減が難しいとされているようです。
チーズはペコリーノ・ロマーノ。
ちょっとクセがある羊のチーズ。
これがどんな風に出てくるのだろうかと思ったら…本当にシンプルな感じで出てきました。
私にとっては初めてのカチョ・エ・ペペ。
（やたらとカチョ・エ・ペペと言いたいｗ）
食べ進めていってビックリ！！！
旨みが凄い！
なんだこれは！！
アスパラは添えられていたけど他に具が入っているわけではない。
それなのにフォークが止まらないのです。
絶妙なチーズの塩気に黒胡椒が効いている。
元々クセのあるチーズが好き。
黒胡椒が好き。
パスタが好き。
これが揃っているカチョ・エ・ペペは私の中のパスタ界NO.1に一気に躍り出ました！
それくらい衝撃的に美味しかったのです。
家でも作れると思い何度か挑戦しました。
でも、当然ながら同じ味にはできず（当たり前）。
ただ、それなりに美味しく作れるようになりました。
時にはハモンセラーノやソテーしたベーコンを添えたり、アボカドを混ぜてみたりも。
この日ここで食べなければ知る事がなかったカチョ・エ・ペペ。
美味しいパスタを教えて下さってありがとうございますという気持ちです。
あ、セットについてくるフォカッチャなどもいつも通り美味しかったです！
本当に大好きなお店。

穴場のお店
大通のビル地下１階にあるこのお店。
地下１階には色々なお店が入っていて、どこも結構魅力的です。
和食や牛かつ、カレーなど、気になるお店が沢山あって、ランチをするのにお気に入りのビルです。
特にここのお店は大好き！
ＣＰは勿論、味がとにかくいいんです。
ここでこんなのが食べられるのか！と。
いつもパスタのセットを注文しています。
前菜３品、フォカッチャがついてきて、更にフォカッチャはおかわりＯＫという太っ腹！
それも手作りで美味しい！！
ただ、初めて行った際にフォカッチャをおかわりしたところ、次に出てきたパスタの量が想像以上に多くお腹がきつくなった記憶があるので、泣く泣くおかわりはなしで(笑)
今回はドライトマト、ベーコン、ルッコラの塩味パスタを注文。
実は私トマトが苦手なのですが、ここのパスタはいけるんですよね。
それぞれの味が合わさってお箸（フォークか）が進みます。
気が付いたら、あっという間に完食！
とにかく何を食べても美味しいイメージ。
そして、一人でフラッと気軽に行くことができます。
ランチでしか行ったことがないので、次は夜に行ってみたいです。

I really like the pasta here. I want to go to various pasta shops, but I love the pasta here so much that I can't find another one. I also had a pasta lunch that day. Choose one type of pasta of the day, then enjoy three of today's deli types and all-you-can-eat focaccia. By the way, I have never ordered it, but apparently they also serve large servings. Focaccia is fluffy and delicious, but it always ends up filling me up, so I always end up having just one piece. Actually, I still want to eat it...lol I think it was bacon and karasumi peperoncino that day? It was very delicious with just the right amount of saltiness and karasumi. If I want to eat pasta, I'll go again. Thank you for the meal!
