相変わらず書くのが遅いにゃじ
これは先月の半ばに大通りの本屋さんに行った帰りだったかなー
ホットペッパーで予約して
「ワイエスオーツー」さんに行きましょ
入り口近くのテーブル席に案内される
通常メニューとおすすめの黒板メニューがたくさんあるわ
ちょい居酒屋風が出るのは通常メニューのビニール感ね
一番乗りだから感じの良いシェフに料理の説明も聞く
海老とアボカドの生春巻と牡蠣とキノコのパイ包みグラタンともち豚のソテーをお願いします
先ずはビールでいただきます♪
お通しはスモークサーモンの中にクリームチーズ
生のサーモンは苦手だけれどスモークされてれば話は別よ
早速、白ワインのお供が登場で嬉しいわ
生春巻はアボカド率が非常に低くて
これは海老とサニーレタスの春巻ね
ソースが二種類付いていて
スイートチリソースはナンプラーがかなり効いてエスニックになるし
バジルソースを付けるとイタリアンサラダになるから得した気分よ
パイ包みグラタンはパイにスプーンを入れるとフワっと湯気と香りが凄い
椎茸、しめじ、白しめじ、舞茸、エノキとキノコたっぷりで牡蠣はぷっくり
もう少しホワイトソースの濃厚さが欲しいな
もち豚ソテーはニンニクソースでいただく
付け合わせのサツマイモや玉ねぎが美味しいね
メニューが多いからオーダーは迷うよー
黒板メニューがやっぱり良いかも
