かなり好みのハンバーグ
夜はカジュアルな鉄板焼きで、ランチのハンバーグも美味しいと聞き平日12:00訪問で先客1名のみ。店内はL字カウンターとテーブル席。
●「ハンバーグセット(250g)(1200円)を、
・デミグラスソース(orバルサミコor和風)
・ライス200g(or150gor250g)
カウンターから厨房を見ていると、オーダー後形成してあるハンバーグを空気抜き→多めに塩胡椒→鉄板で焼き→軽くオーブンで加熱。
約15分程で来器。
ボリュームあるハンバーグ。
結構しっかり目に焼かれてます。小生的にはハンバーグは、ハンバーガーもそうですが、このくらいウエルダンに焼かれる方が好み。
ソースはやや酸味感じるが深いデミグラスがかなり好み。
付け合わせは玉ねぎ、ポテサラ、サラダで及第点。
ライスもやや硬め炊き上げで粒が立っており非常に美味しい。
200gは多いかな？と思ったが食べ終わると丁度良い量でした。
味噌汁はやや小振の腕で、最初は少ないかな？と思ったが、これだけ主役級(ハンバーグとライス)が立派なら他は必要感じませんね。
10月中旬から12月初旬まで改装のため休まれるとの事。
とん平等もある様でやはり、夜に再訪してみたいですね。
ただ、接客はやや素っ気ない感じでした。

前回、ランチ訪問で好印象だった同店を、リニューアルオープン後の夜訪問。
（現在は、ランチはやっていないようです）
3階立ての店内は1階に鉄板カウンター席とテーブルで２階と３階はややウッディーなカフェ風。
今回は３名で訪問で予め幹事がコース(4500円)を頼んでいました。＋飲み放題(1500円）を。
料理は前菜盛り合わせ/海鮮焼き/エゾシカ肉/知床牛/焼き飯/デザート。
何れも特別感はないがそつなく美味しいですね。
最後に前回好印象だったハンバーグを単品追加。前回ほどのインパクトはなかったですがやはり美味しい。
全体的には、美味しい料理とお酒で楽しく過ごせました。
ただ、同店はお好み焼き等の粉もの系も充実しているので、次回は単品でこの辺を中心に楽しみます。
