2023年7月水曜日19時に予約して訪問です。
前日予約だったので、食べ物コースのみしか注文出来ませんでした。
入るとポップな曲が流れており若者から中年まで年齢幅が多彩かな。8割ほど埋まっており賑わってます。
まずはビールを注文です。
店員さん、丁寧な対応です。
友人が来る前から始めてしまいました。
カウンター席目の前には色々な食材のバットが並んでいます。
目の前に厨房の様子が見えますがテキパキ動いています。
前菜プレートいっぱい来ます。
ハム、砂肝のコンフィ、タンのスモーク、付け合わせのニンジン等。
キッシュ柔らかくて美味い。
砂肝も柔らかくて良い塩味です。どれも美味い。
続いてサラダ、お皿に野菜いっぱいです。
生ハムと生野菜のパスタ、美味い。アルデンデです。
店員さんより、ニンニクで炒めて塩とオリーブオイル、少々との事でしたが、味のバランスが最高です。野菜も甘い、美味い。
途中で音楽が止まり、ジャズっぽい誕生日の曲が流れて、ケーキが運ばれます。最近ずっと田舎にいるので、街にいる実感しますね。
少しほっこりします。
鹿肉ステーキ、レアな感じで出てきます。
胡椒効かせたフォアグラのソース、柔らかくて美味い。程よい塩味で、あっという間に食べ終わります。
デザート、ゆずのアイスとチョコレートクッキー？ほんのり暖かいが固いかな。味は優しい甘さです。アイスはさっぱりして美味い。
全体的に一品一品美味しいです。
美味しくて、少し酔ってしまいました。
