大通公園エリア、さっぽろテレビ塔の地下にあるラーメン屋さん。
本店は帯広市にありますが、本店よりも札幌のお店の方が盛り上がっている気がします。
買い物で近くに来ていたのでランチはこちらでいただきました。
変わった造りのカウンター席しかない店内。
まずは券売機で食券を購入します。
らー麺の味噌は白と赤の２種類があって、変わったところでは「十勝ホエー豚麺」、「カニだし味噌らー麺」などもありました。
他には十勝のお店だけあって、豚丼とのセットメニューもありました。
とりあえずメニュートップの「白味噌らー麺（750円）」を注文。
７分程で出来上がり。
スープは動物系だと思われますがコッテリとあっさりの中間的な感じで食べやすいと思います。
やや硬めの食感の中太ちぢれ麺ともよく絡んで美味しかったです。
際立ってという訳ではありませんが、普通に美味しい味噌ラーメンなので、場所柄、外国人観光客の方が多いですが、日本人の方にもよいと思います。
