[Tokachi whey pork x miso ramen] The popular pork noodles and special [Ramen 750 yen] are sure to satisfy you!
"Menya Kaiko" is full of ingredients from Tokachi and Obihiro. The base is an original soup made by simmering pork bones, knuckle, maple leaves, scallops, horse mackerel, and other ingredients. The sp |
"Tokachi Whey Pork bowl Set (Red Miso)" 1,300 yen. Filling up before the Sapporo event. I went to Menya Kaiko, which I had been interested in. Apparently they recommend not only Ramen but also Pork bowl. So you can only get a set. You buy a ticket at the entrance and hand it to the woman in the dining area. There is only a counter inside the restaurant, with two men and one woman in the kitchen, and one woman in the dining area. It takes about 8 minutes to arrive. It is Pork bowl + half Ramen, but the amount is quite large. Pork bowl is made of lean loin meat. The sauce is delicious. I wish they had Japanese pepper like at Pork bowl, but they don't have it on the counter here. I look forward to working with you in the future. Ramen has medium-thick noodles and is a little hard. The soup is quite rich. The sign said "rich red miso," but it wasn't something I could drink in one gulp. It went well because it was with rice dishes. Maybe white ramen suits me after all.
