札幌市中央区、北海道庁の北側ビルの1F、鶏料理の居酒屋でのランチ。
エントランスの前にメニュー看板出ています。
平日の11時半くらいの訪問。
店内はオープン厨房でL字のカウンター席、テーブル席に、小上がり席。
お姉さんがチャキチャキに仕切り、客を捌いていく。
１２時前で、カウンターに女性ソロ、男性ソロ。
テーブル席にサラリーマン４人組のみでしたが、その後、続々来店で満席状態に。
ランチは、親子丼、カレー、そばと鶏そぼろ丼セット、チキン南蛮とザンギ定食。
どれも美味しそう。
カウンターには冷たいお茶のピッチャーが置かれセルフ。
調味料（山椒、黒七味、欧州岩塩など）、つぼに入った胡瓜漬けものが置かれている。

オーダー入ってから、厨房でチキン南蛮とザンギを揚げてくれる！！
ほう、揚げたてで嬉しい。
仕切りのある弁当器にて提供。
＊チキン南蛮＝衣サクサクの鶏肉はムネ部位かなぁ。割と淡白な質感。
たっぷりのタルタルは玉子感しっかり、緩くない。
甘ダレは感じられず。。。その辺り物足りないな。
＊ザンギ＝小ぶりが2つ。カラッと揚げられている。味付けは軽め。

＊味噌汁
ご飯はお代わりできる感じではない。
お代わり出来たり大盛り無料だったりすると良いな。
カウンターの壺に入った胡瓜の醤油漬け的な漬物が味付けしっかりで美味いです。
次回はやはり、親子丼を喰らわなければならないだろう。
チキンカツカレーも美味そうだったなぁ。
