お土産でいただました。
「ピクルス、好きでしょ？変わったのがあったよ」と上司。はい(^ ^)ありがとうございます。
いただいたのは オーソドックスな トマト、セロリ、人参の入った物と、カボチャ、カリフラワー、小豆が入った物。小豆？初めてです。
オーソドックスな物も ハーブが薫り、美味しかったです。
カリフラワーは 食べた事がありますが、カボチャと小豆は 初めて。カボチャは シャキシャキとした歯ざわり。もっと柔らかな感じかと思っていたのですが、この歯応えは好きです。そして、このピクルス液は変に甘くなくて美味しいです〜(^ ^)小豆は ビンの底に潜んでいてなかなか到達しないので一度、別の容器に入れてご対面です。
小豆そのもの…甘くない豆です。噛むと小豆の感じがわかります。面白い感じ…これ、好きかも…(^ ^)
なんか 豆のピクルスは クセになりそうです。カボチャも ピクルスに出来るんだな〜って思いました(^ ^)
