大阪三越伊勢丹の改装前の物産展だそうだよ−
唯一、野菜をたくさん売っていたこの店。
確かに新鮮そうだけど、しばらく食べる予定ないしどうしようと思いながら。
何周かまわって、ふとみると、ピクルスが！
ピクルスだったら、日持ちしそうだもんね−
こ・れ・に・き・め・た・よ(。･∀･)
店員さんが、袋につめながら、親切に教えてくれたのはね。
｢一切、水を使っていないので、全部食べたらもう一回位、野菜を液に漬けてみてください♪｣
とのことだったよ！
すこし高いけどそれなら元がとろそうやね〜
入っていたのは
ミニトマト、オレンジ、漬け原材料(ワイン、砂糖、りんご酢、蜂蜜、胡椒)で
ミニトマトは国産
オレンジはアメリカ産
って書いてあったよ−
レモンのような味もしたんだけど、オレンジだったのかな−
さわやかなミニトマトで、さっぱりしていて
これ、ぉぉ〜いしぃ〜〜(｡ >艸<)
次は何漬けてみよ−かな〜
ちょっと楽しみかも。
