年末の買い出しで「札幌三越地下食品街」です
あれこれ買い出しの後「田中青果」さんへ寄ります
札幌駅「エスタ」にも店舗があり何度か利用しています
「ニシン漬け」で有名な留萌の会社ですが、店先には数人の列で最後尾へ並びます
ニシン漬け以外にも漬物は数種販売されていますが、ここは十八番の「ニシン漬け」一択で200ｇ購入
常連のお客さんは「ニシン漬け」を買うときグラム数しか云わないのが通例のようです
右に習って「200下さい」と云ってみますが「200ですね」と普通の受け答えでさほど楽しくはありません
お値段は「ｇ＝250円+税」
晦日の宴に自宅で頂きました
大きめのキャベツとゴロゴロと多めに入ったニシン…酸味弱めで絶妙な甘み、とろっとした旨味は相変わらずの安定感です…和食のときに毎度これが食べられたら幸せですね
天然素材のみで漬けられているため痛みは早いです
大量に購入するときは冷凍保存も可能です
