日本で1番来たかった憧れのお店鮨一幸さんにいつもお世話になっているレビューメーカー師匠の有難いお誘いを受けて、移転前に初めてお伺いすることができました。
本当に有難う御座います。
単刀直入に書きますが、私が過去に食べてきたお寿司屋さんの中でダントツに美味しいお店でした。
食べた瞬間にガツンとくる旨みしか経験したことがなかったですが、今回は噛めば噛む程、ジワジワと旨味を感じることができる究極の体験をすることができました。
何故このようなことが起きるのか工藤大将が私でも理解できるように丁寧に噛み砕いて説明して下さり、非常に勉強になりました。
これはもう哲学の域にあるんじゃないかと思うほど
その完璧なコース内容に圧倒され、鮨一幸の伝説の1ページにお邪魔させて頂いたことが本当に光栄です。
この感動を超える体験は今後できないのではないでしょうか。感無量です。
