札幌で食べる一幸はこれで最後と言いながら3度目の訪問。笑
お陰様でシャコが食べれました！この時期しか頂けない一幸のスペシャリテ。
3月頂いたふぐキャビアも美味しいがシャコはまた別格で他では決して食べる事の出来ない一貫である。
5月も終わりに近づいている事もありこの日は今シーズン最後の品も青く貴重な席となった。
銀座に行かれれば更に予約困難となり数年後先とかになってしまうのだろうが日本を代表する名店ゆえに仕方のないところ。
