和と中華の融合的な創作料理のお店になるのかな？
FAB cafeと同じビルの4階にひっそり佇んでます。
ほんのりやわらかい灯りに包まれた、大人の空間です。
メニューは日替わりのようです。
野菜はもちろん、フルーツを使ったお料理もちらほら。
どれもおいしそう〜！
迷った挙句、
・〆サバの燻製と焼きみかん
・今日の春巻き
・しゅうまい
・水タコとシャインマスカットの和え物
・ピスタチオのプリン
をオーダーしました。
どれも優しい味でおいしい♡
春巻きパリパリ〜！
この日の春巻きには、ローストチキンやかぼちゃ、れんこんなどが入ってたそう。
しゅうまいは予想以上に大きくてビックリ！
フツーのしゅうまいの3倍近い大きさです。笑
お肉がギュギュッと詰まってておいしかった♡
デザートは、ピスタチオのプリン。
平たいお皿に入って出てきて、目が点に…(´⊙ω⊙`)
こんなの初めて〜！
これがまた、ピスタチオが濃厚でおいしくて。
もっと食べたかった…。
ポーションは比較的少なめなので、いろんなものがちょっとずつ食べられそうでいいですね。
