札幌で行きたくて、行きたくて、それなのに店休日に当たったり、予約入らなかったり、すれ違い続けたお店。
今回ようやく、ようやくたどり着きました。
お料理。すごいです。
なんか優しいのに、めちゃ美味い。
最初のナスとイチジクの和え物からやられ、次の春巻で既にノックアウトされます。
そしてワインは
二番通り酒店さんのロワールワイン
ル・クロ・デ・フォリーのペティアンをグラスで頂いてからの
ドメーヌタカヒコさんのヨイチ ノボリ パストゥグラン2020 をボトルで。
仰反るほど美味いです。
店内のBGMもこだわりを感じ質問すると
伊藤ゴローさんというギタリストの音源でした。
早速AmazonでCDを手に入れました。
