元ホルモン屋な店跡にサツエキ北口にあるはなの姉妹店が
この7/1（火）にオープン。
伺ったのは7/13（日）です。
店内はほぼ以前の店のまんまでした。
入るとカウンターと壁側にウイスキーの樽を割ったスタンディングカウンター、
外にはテラス席。
20時を回った時間客は上のロフトにカップルのみ。
立ちは腰に来るのでカウンターへ（笑。
メニューはカウンター上にビオワインやらツマミ類。
卓上には串揚げのメニュー兼注文用紙で80円〜350円と幅広いラインアップ（写。
先ずはークラシックを頼みツマミを探す。
ワサビなポテサラだったかな？それに串物を6本ほどオーダー。
先にキャベツ、まぁこれはありがち。
偶然M's内にあるおタコさんのみうが店スタッフ用のたこ焼きをデリバリ、
久しぶりにお互いびっくり。
あぉさ〜んお元気〜的な。
そこから店の人と会話が弾む。
お知り合い〜？
あの店がここに移転する前から知ってます。はい。
店の仕組みもちょいと聞いてみた。
カウンターとスタンディングカウンターはチャージ料金が違い、
カウンターが300円、スタンディングカウンターが100円とのこと。
なるほどね。
と、ワサビなポテサラが到着。
少々ピリッとするトコがツマミには最良かも。
ウチでも作れちゃいそうだな、基本外食だから作らないけど（笑。
串揚げが続々バットの上に続々と参上。
ソースは二度漬けダメですよ〜！と女子スタッフ。
揚げたてをソースにドボンして頂く。
アツアツ、そりゃそうだ。
サクサクっと頂けるから長居しないのならスタンディングカウンターでも十分だね。
そう言えば、ノースアイランドさんお休みなんですかねぇ？と聞かれ、
盤渓のビアフェスですよ〜と話すと実は外人さんが間違えて来て〜（笑。
彼女は英語ペラペラで勧めたらこの店違う！と気付いて出て行っちゃいましたなんて（笑。
なかなかやりおるたのしろい！
そうそう、この店は朝の6時までやっちゃうそうです。
イーストの36号沿いにあるビリケンもそのくらいだったかな。
飲食関係の方には仕事あがりで〆られるという話でしたが、麺あると助かる〜。
と言うことと、この界隈ソロな男女多いすよーと話し、なんかメニューができちゃうことを祈り
店主にお名刺を頂き店を後にしました。
ま、いつも通りこの界隈でこの後も飲みです。
最近ちょいちょい、あぉさんですか？とお声がけいただきありがとうございます。
