お肉好きなママのリクエストにより、知人から教わった亞茶さんへ。

味わいよき、タン。
塩とレモンでさっぱり。
●ブリスケット 前バラ
程よいサシ 脂はサッと舌に広がるカルビ
●バラ中落ち
食べ応えあり じわりと沁み渡る脂を楽しむタイプ
●ザブトン
食感とハリがよい肩。
●馬刺し 上赤身刺し
今回いただいた中で一番ヒットした一皿。
赤身の味わいが一番良かった。
味噌と刻みニンニクもいい仕事をしていました♡
●モモカブリ
やわらかさとなめらかさを楽しめるモモでした。
●オオモモ
大味でもなく、シンプルにモモの美味しさをさっぱり味わるタイプ。
●ビビンバ
コチュジャンとゴマ油のシンプルな味つけに、初めて口にしたママも
「美味しい」と喜んでくれたビビンバ。
●テールスープ
塩味でシンプルに味付けしているスープ。
締めにぴったりでした。
デートや少量をいろいろ楽しみたい時におすすめですね。
