アットホーム
家族切り盛り 家庭料理がまたいい味とコスパしてる 遠いけど飲みに行きたい処 |
札幌市南3東4。
南２条の通りから少し南側に入ったところ。
先日近くの"浜新"でカキフライを食べたとき、
偶然見つけたお店で、後日訪問してみた。
11:00に入店して前客後客なし。
定食屋さんとタイトルに書いたが、
夜は本格的な居酒屋になるみたい。
靴を脱いでスリッパに履き替え店の奥へ。
完全に個人宅のリビングを改装した感じ。
なので本当にアットホームなお店。
千歳鶴酒ミュージアムが近いせいか、
千歳鶴の限定酒が置いてある。
ランチは税込みでほぼ600～700円。
A定食(肉)やB定食(魚)の日替りも迷ったが、
生姜焼き定食にする。
生姜焼き定食とカキフライ定食を合わせると、
いままで食べた定食の８割くらいになる。
いあ、８割は大げさかな。
10分ほどで配膳。
ご飯、味噌汁、メイン、キューちゃん、小鉢。
メインの生姜焼きが予想を裏切られる。
餡がかかった感じで、玉ねぎと一緒。
香ばしさや焼き目はない感じ。
餡に生姜の味が付いているが、かなり薄め。
これはこれでオカズとして悪くないし、
味としてもほぼ問題ないのだが、
自分的には生姜焼きとは違うかなと思う。
小鉢は、ロースハム、アスパラ、炒り卵を
塩コショウで和えたもの。これが旨い。
夜の居酒屋の肴が期待できる。
あと米の炊き加減が良く美味しかった。
米って同じ店でも当たりハズレあるが、
定食の飯ってすごく大事。
次はちょい飲みセットを試そうかな。
