お店の名前が気になったので来店しました。なんのお店なのか、わかりやすくそしてストレートすぎて好きです。
季節のフルーツパフェ〜2種類のソルベ仕立て〜： 凸柑（ぽんかん）とイチゴを注文しました。
柑橘であるぽんかんを主軸にしたフルーツパフェです。ただ柑橘系ですっぱさ一辺倒ではなく、しっかりメープルなどで甘さとバランスを取っているのがポイント。
アイスの上の白いふわふわは、パフェの構成と照らし合わせるとたぶん求肥（ぎゅうひ）という和菓子なのかな？ホイップなイメージでスプーンを差したら意外と切れず見た目とのギャップに驚きました。西洋のスイーツたるパフェに和菓子を合わせて、かつ調和させるセンスの高さも感じます。
ごちそうさまでした。
パフェ好きにかなりおすすめしたいお店でした。移転後もぜひ行きたいな。
