急遽、ススキノで食事となって調べてヒットしたこちらのお店、当日でもネット予約出来てしかも飲み放題付きのコースまで同時に予約できちゃうって嬉しいですね、助かりますm(_ _)m
店内は落ち着いてシックな雰囲気、個室が二か所あってホールはボックス席、なかなか広々としています。
「Mero.フォンデュコース(4,000円・込)」は全6品で120分の飲み放題付きを予約、サッポロクラシックをまずは注文してごくごくごく、泡立ちもいいしグラスも綺麗、美味しいビールです♡
前菜の生ハムが塩味強くここでスパークリングワインにスイッチ、噛みしめると味わい深い生ハムと相性抜群ですね♡
キッシュはリジットな食感。
サラダは新鮮シャキシャキ食感、そしてドレッシングが甘さと酸っぱさが程よく野菜たちを包み込んでいます♪
降り注がれた粉チーズが味と香り控えめで縁の下の力持ちしてくれていますねー
来ました来ましたチーズフォンデュ、野菜中心にひと手間掛けた食材の数々、まっとりと纏わるチーズが織りなすそれぞれのお味と風味を楽しめます♡
サツマイモにビーツにジャガイモにブロッコリー、カブとエビとパプリカとヤングコーン、大好きだぁ♡
名寄産ひまわり畑ポークのローストがたまらなくテイスティー、噛むと広がり噛み続けるとさらに深い旨味を醸す肉、ステーキソースはしっかりと肉の引き立て役、美味しいです♪
〆のナポリタンが登場、麺はしっかりアルデンテ、フレッシュトマト感溢れ、とろけるチーズとが織りなすお味がしっかりとスパゲッティに絡んで美味しくいただけちゃいます♪いいですねーー
クリーミーなスイーツはほんのりチーズの香り、その甘さに包まれながらのコース全メニュー完食、美味しかったです♡
ドリンクも充実、生ビールからスパークリングワイン各種、そして豊富なカクテルは女性にとっても嬉しいラインナップでしょう( ´∀｀ )
