オープン間もないカレー屋さんです。
現地の方が作るカレーのお店。
駐車場ございませんが、お店隣にございます有料駐車場が30分100円と良心的お値段でした。
店内カウンター席、テーブル席ございまして、高めの間仕切りがあるのは嬉しい。
メニュー拝見、やはりチキンスープカレーお願いしますが、辛さは表記は5番まで。
店員さんに5番以上出来ますか尋ねますと大丈夫ですよ♪との事。
現地の方が作るスープカレーは20番位が今まで美味しく感じる辛さなのですが、15番でお願いしました。
ライスかナンが選べますがライス少な目でお願いします。
注文から提供まで10分少々。
見た目にあまりいただいた事のないスープ。
早速スープいただきますと、オイリーかな、と感じましたがサラサラスープ。
タイ風スープの様なスパイスを感じ美味しい！
後味さっぱり、オイルのバランスも良くほんのり酸味もあり、生姜のアクセントが良い。
辛さですが、15番は物足りないものの、辛味が好み！
ピッキーヌも入っているようです。
店員さんが、辛いの好きでしたらタイカレーが美味しいよ！
との事。
食べて見たいのです。
お野菜は素揚げ茄子、かぼちゃ、ボイル人参、じゃがいも等具沢山ですが、カットが大きく食べ難い。
もう少しお野菜が新鮮だと良い。
チキンはかため、ほぐすのが大変です。
硬めのチキンはレッグでない方が嬉しい。
ライスは小ながら盛りが良いのです。
ターメリックで炊き加減よく。
明日からは仕事始め。
息子お財布落とす。近頃外泊も多く学業よりアルバイト、サークル活動に精を出しだらしない涙
辛いのいただいたら少しすっきり。
久々スープカレー美味しく感動。
